The ‘Needham & Cullen’ brand has for many years been synonymous with heavy duty paving operations. All the experience of laying asphalt, dry stone, CBM and more recently Roller Compacted Concrete is wrapped up in a 21st Century service to the construction industry. 

We have experienced, motivated employees trained to work safely and to meet customer quality requirements.

Our plant fleet includes the largest tracked ABG Titans. In fact, in this respect we have the largest fleet in Europe. We have rollers, joint cutting equipment, saws and sprayers. Some of our specialist equipment is made in our own workshops.

All our pavers are fitted with automatic slope and level control. Even better, when we lay full width on highways, we have a level sensor on both sides of the screed.
